I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team THairapy

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team THairapy

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

My desire to become involved with St. Baldrick's began when it became "personal". On December 7, 2007 I receive a call from my longtime friend, Dave, informing me that his youngest son, Scott, had been diagnosed with testicular cancer. Scott Zager was a sophomore at Brown University with a bright future ahead of him. For the next 6 months I received regular updates on Scott's progress. Scott battled the disease bravely and optimistically. Unfortunately, on May 26, 2008 I received another call from Dave informing me that Scott had lost his battle.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Thank you for your support! Thank you!
