I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Friends of Joey

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Friends of Joey

This year will be a family event. We are celebrating 1 year of Joey being cancer free, but also honoring my sister in law, Leslie Goodwin, who lost her battle with cancer this past November and thinking of our friend, Pooker Feeney, who is fighting his own battle right now. While always remembering our friend, Bernadette Hart, who passed away over 2 years ago. Freddy and I, along with 4 of our children, will be shaving our heads in hopes of raising more money than ever for this event. Cancer sucks and we have experienced it all too much in the last number of years to ignore it. Please help us to keep the fight going!

As an added bonus, I will be coloring my hair the night before the choice of the highest donor. Jet fans, please step up to the plate... My son in law, the Giants fan, has visions of what he wants it to be and I am not a fan of anything blue!

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
