I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Texas 4000

Hi, y'all! My name is Diego Carlson and I am a member of the Texas 4000 2022 team. This upcoming summer, my teammates and I will spread hope, knowledge, and charity in the fight against cancer through a 4,000+ mile bike ride from Austin to Anchorage. Ever since I joined the team I've wanted to shave my head for all the incredibly strong individuals that I've known personally that have fought cancer and now all the many people I meet through this incredible organization. All the people I ride for are the same people I support through St. Baldricks! Cancer knows no boundaries and kids with cancer need our support now more than ever. St. Baldrick’s is the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants, and an organization close to many in Texas 4000. Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. Research can change that, and I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you so much!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
