I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U. S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids. Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive.
This past year we have all lived through a worldwide event that nobody saw coming. Most all of us have been affected by Covid. I was and I was in the hospital for almost two weeks. I can not even imagine what it would have been like to have a child of mine diagnosed with cancer. To hear the news, to go to the treatments and hospital stays. This event really opened up my eyes to the whole picture of what these children and parents must go through.
