I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Superheroes in Kilts

My husband Keith Smith has been shaving his head for Childrens Cancer research for 8 years. St. Baldrick's was an organization that he felt very strongly about. In May of 2019, Cancer hit close to home as Keith was diagnosed himself. He went thru Brain surgery to remove a tumor and continued on with Chemo as well as a radiation to treat the remaining tumors found in 4 other organs in his body. He fought this battle with positivity thru all his treatments. Last February, despite still being connected to his chemo pump he pushed past all the side effects to get to the Shave Event to stand with his team. Sadly, he lost his battle in June of 2020. I know that he would be fundraising like hell to raise money for this organization and to be at the shave with his team. So, I am stepping in for him. To honor his legacy and his life of giving. I will be shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U. S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids. Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive. Please help me to raise money for this organization & to honor Keith Smiths legacy and life!
