I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

This year, I will be having a "Milestone" Birthday on May 16th, the big 60! On my 50th birthday, I challenged myself and went skydiving - I am TERRIFIED of heights, but it was a blast. This year, I am celebrating by shaving my head to raise money for Kids with Cancer through St. Baldrick's Foundation. It will be a live/virtual event with Bruce doing the shaving and emceeing. I would love everyone to help me celebrate the lives of these great kids and donate at least $5! My goal is $500, a small amount but I hope for more of course. Please donate what, and if, you can. Think about all the brave kids struggling to survive and all the scientists/physicians who are working to find the cures. As they say at St. Baldrick's, I don't want to accept even one more death. This is a hard time in the world, so many suffering from the Coronavirus pandemic, but doing just a little for someone else can be good for the soul. So please join me, celebrate this milestone birthday and help these super-hero kids!

Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive. Join me today and let’s #DFYchildhoodCancers together.

5/14 update - I am so proud of my family and friends who have helped me raise money. My initial goal of $5oo is far gone now and I have raised the goal to $2000 - thanks to all again!
