Over the past 6 years, I have raised over $10,000!!! Every year, I shave my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research and to honor my friend Aubri (she kicked cancers butt)! This year another close friend has been affected by childhood cancer, Brandon! In November of 2019, Brandon, was diagnosed with brain cancer. He went from one day not feeling well and complaining of a headache, to the next day he was in surgery to remove the tumor. In less than 24 hours, Brandon's life was turned upside down. He has been at Cohen's Children's Medical Center just about since, undergoing Chemotherapy. He is an incredibly strong kid, and he is going to defeat this terrible disease. Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.
