I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Here are a couple of my reasons for doing this.

In honor of:

1. My best buddy Super Benji has gone through so much and he is only 5 years old. He had Brain and Spinal cancer and beat that. This past year my buddy was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer.  He is always smiling and has such good spirits. He is in the youth sled hockey program I help with and is doing amazing at it! He is a true fighter!

2. Colin Magdon was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia last year. He is a Jr. Golden knight hockey player. Even in his worst days he stayed strong with a goal of getting back on the ice. I was able to play in a Charity game for him and it was awesome to see him out there skating and doing what he loves.

3. Coach Kendell was my very first hockey coach. I look up to her so much. She was diagnosed with brain cancer. She is very strong and has shown me that even in the hardest times you have to keep your head up and keep going. She Shaved her head last year.

4. Lucas Aivaz was diagnosed in April with Stage IV High Risk Neuroblastoma. He's undergone 2 surgeries and 6 rounds of chemotherapy and will soon head to UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital for 3 months for stem cell therapy. He is the cutest and such a strong fighter!

In memory of:

Wesley Payton passed away in 2016 . Even though I only got to meet him a couple times it felt like we were always friends. Wesley fought a strong fight and was so brave.

Please donate if you can! My goal is at least $800 !!!! I would love to go over this!!!!
