I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Silverball Shavees

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Silverball Shavees

I am joining the Silverball Shavees because I know that one person sometimes can make a difference. Combined for a common cause, many persons have a greater chance of making a difference.  My hope is that by shaving my head I can help in a small way to help find the cure once and for all.   All donors who attend either the charity pinball tournament on March 10 or the shave event on March 16 receive a custom hat made by yours truly.

Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

This will probably be the one time I will have enough hair to do this. I am old and I have been growing this hair for a long time because I think it makes me look more girlie and less haggie. Getting a haircut isn’t a big thing  but I am scared to death I will look like Mr. Six in those Six Flags commercials. It would make me feel better if I raise many dollars for childrens’ cancer Research. Please donate if you can.

Please join the Silverball Shavees on March 10, 2019 at 1:00 pm for the Bald and Pinball 4 Strikes Charity Tounament at Level One Bar +Arcade, 130 Hutchinson Avenue, Columbus, Ohio.

Or on March 16 at Fado when we Brave the Shave!

Flip off cancer!
