I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

Time to talk about hair! Most of us take ours for granted, not realizing how much confidence it gives us. When kids with cancer go through chemo, they lose their hair in the process. St. Baldrick's is an incredible organization that hosts head-shaving events throughout the country, at which volunteers raise money and have their heads shaved. This not only provides a boost of confidence to the children attending the event that have lost their hair, but also raises tons of money for childhood cancer research.

This is my 5th year volunteering and raising money with St. Baldrick's to help kids with cancer! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U.S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids.

Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive. Join me today and let’s #DFYchildhoodCancers together.
