I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Thanks for coming to my page! My name is Tonisha and I'm going to be bald. :) I'm excited, it's exhilarating, it's bold, it's on my bucket list, and I love putting smiles on kids faces. I have never been affected by cancer personally or know anyone who has, but I have seen what it does to the people that Christ calls us to love. My way of showing love is giving them support however I can. I personalized my web page with "Go crazy for Christ". It was inspired by a guy I met who is giving a kidney away to a person he doesn't know. When asked why he was doing it he simply responded, "Jesus did tell his disciples to carry one tunic and not two." God is love. Love is limitless, so why put limits on it? I feel called to show love in ways that may be socially uncomfortable and inconvenient. Well...bald isn't that bad! Please help me help kids.

I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.

Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
