I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Flavortown 2019

Hi friend,

This year I'm shaving my head in memory of Julia Janes. I've shaved four times before, all over the country. Once in Chicago, St. Louis, Minneapolis, and Gretna (right outside of NOLA). I've decided to shave my head for a fifth time and come full circle to my hometown for this shave.

Julia's Legacy of Hope has created in a hero fund with St. Baldrick's to honor Julia, so I am extra excited to participate in this event. I've decided to set a really ambitious goal this time. It's my fifth shave, so I thought a $5000 goal was appropriate! I appreciate all your support, whether it's through donations or helping spread the word of my fundraiser or maybe even volunteering at a St. Baldrick's event!

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
