I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hi Everyone-


This has  been a tough pandemic year for everyone but especially for kids with cancer. The kids are at an extra risk for getting Covid  19 and getting really sick because of their compromised immune systems. Because we don't want to encourage gathering for head shaving we are not holding our event this year or encouraging shave "get togethers."


But just as the pandemic has devastated the economy, it has been devastating to charities.    I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING!  I WILL BE SHAVING MY HEAD ON MARCH 14th virtually  to continue for my 11th year to raise money to treat and cure kids cancers.  I know my friend Mike would still want us to  do as much for kids cancers as we can. 


I am a little more embarrassed that I will walk into High School possibly the only student bald this year but I stand in solidarity with kids going through cancer treatment and I always remember I have a choice to go bald and they don't. 


If you can spare even $20 pleases help!
