I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

[i am the far left person in the before photo] My best friend Ally, a very brave soul who was kind to everyone, was diagnosed with cancer last year. This touched me dearly to the point where I could not even think about her without crying. With her not having a phone for me to text her, I couldn’t say good bye to her when she left school. I am proud to say she is cancer free today!

Childhood cancer is different from adult cancer, which means that we need different cures. Cures that mean kids won’t have harmful chemicals injected into their body. St. Baldricks is trying to find a cure for that. A cure for kids cancer, chemical free. But unfortunately that costs money. Which is why we need to help out. If you wouldn’t mind, you should totally donate. I am going to brave the shave. Go dcc!
