I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hi all!  As many are aware I am a current pediatric hematology/oncology fellow...i.e. I am training in a pediatric cancer specialty.  For the past few years I have wrestled with the idea and this year I am committing to shaving all of my hair off.

Why?  Because I want to stand with my patients and show them that hair, really is just hair and a small detail.  Also, I want you all to join forces with me to help in the fight to cure cancer. 

How? Please donate what you can afford or are willing to give online. If you cannot donate and are in the area, we would love for you to join and volunteer with out team.  Also, please help spread the word. 

St. Baldrick's is a phenomenal organization, which donates to research to childhood cancer. Help us find the cure, but also find treatments with less toxicity and less long term side effects.
