I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
This year St Baldrick’s has become infinitely more personal. In welcoming Our miracle boys Hudson and Silas into the world and the devastating loss of our beloved “firstborn” puppy boy Darwin Porthos (to canine leukemia) never has this mission to eradicate childhood cancer become more critical. Please join me and thousands of others in our fight. My mission has not changed since that first event 14 years ago when sweet Mira made fun of my haircut… for this to be the last year we ever have to raise money to fight childhood cancers. With your help that could happen. To quote Jimmy V, “Don’t Give Up. Don’t Ever Give Up!”Why am I shaving my head with St. Baldrick’s? Because your donation “on my head” will actually save lives.Kids with cancer need our support now more than ever. St. Baldrick’s is the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants, and the pandemic has slashed donations, slowing down the progress to find cures. Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. Research can change that, and I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you so much!
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least fifteen years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
