Give Kids a Lifetime

Kids with cancer want what all kids want – a chance to grow up and live their dreams.

Justin didn’t have that chance. We remember him for his smile, dance moves, resilient spirit, overflowing love, and appreciation for life.

Because he was alive 5 years after diagnosis, cancer statistics count Justin as a survivor. And because of research, he did survive neuroblastoma for 7 ½ years.

But we’re not here to give kids 5 more years – or even 7 ½.

We’re here to #GiveKidsALifetime.

As the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants, the St. Baldrick’s Foundation is out to do just that – with your help.

Please be a hero for kids with cancer!

Give A Lifetime this GIVING TUESDAY

To #GiveKidsALifetime,
We Leave No Stone Unturned…

Your donations help fund the most promising childhood cancer research - no matter where it takes place. Because we review research proposals from across the nation, we choose and fund the most promising research to save lives.

So, when you give to St. Baldrick’s you don’t just give to one institution - you give to hundreds. Your support has made St. Baldrick’s the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants in the country.

In this year of great uncertainty, one thing remains certain: Kids are still being diagnosed with cancer, and they still need our help to fund cures. Please give generously.

Step 1 of 3 (You can speed this up by signing in.)

If you want your gift to support a participant, team, or event, donate here.

The Urgent Need:

  • In the past 20 years, the overall 5-year survival rate for childhood cancers has risen from 79% to 84%
  • So, research is making a difference for many kids!
  • But that’s not the same thing as a cure.
  • This rate simply counts those alive 5 years after diagnosis
  • But many kids are still in treatment or die after that 5-year mark…
  • - Decades before their time - some still in childhood
  • And for some childhood cancers, there is still no cure.

5 years is not enough! Donate to fund research to #GiveKidsALifetime
