Hi, I’m Bodie Centore.

As many of you know, I used to shave my head for St. Baldrick’s every year. I decided to stop shaving after 8th grade, but I still wanted to find a way to support the cause. But with COVID, I wasn’t able to get anything done, and I struggled to even come up with a way to help. Finally, I came up with the idea of a 3 on 3 basketball tournament which would support St. Baldrick’s. The proceeds from the tournament will go to the foundation to help fund children’s cancer research.

The “Buckets for St. Baldrick’s” tournament will be held at Cherry Road Elementary School on March 20th, for grades 2nd through 9th. Please consider donating to my event to help St. Baldrick’s conquer childhood cancer. You can donate with cash, check, or online right here. If you want to sponsor the event to help with costs or find out more about how to enter, email me at bodiethebald@gmail.com. I’m doing this because kids shouldn’t have cancer. I know many who have had it who’ve inspired me to help find a solution. Thanks to St. Baldrick’s and this event, that’s possible.

Let’s hoop to create hope for kids with cancer. Thank you in advance for your support.

Sincerely,Bodie
