HONOREE HAZEL HAMMERSLEY
Five-year-old Hazel was diagnosed with neuroblastoma shortly after her second birthday. After two years of clear scans, Hazel is facing neuroblastoma for a second time. Her treatment now includes a newer drug used to treat high-risk neuroblastoma, made possible by research St. Baldrick’s funded.

The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity committed to funding the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long and healthy lives. Each year, thousands participate in St. Baldrick’s fundraisers, making St. Baldrick’s the largest private funder of childhood cancer research grants. Since 2005, the Foundation has awarded more than $178 million to support innovative research that’s saving the lives of kids everywhere. To date, over $7.6 million has been awarded to Southern California institutions alone.
