Boulder High School St. Baldrick's Event

Come join us in this inaugural Boulder High St. Baldrick's!

We are ecstatic to bring this great event to school and community of which there are many inspirations, survivors, and heroes to honor and recognize.

St. Baldrick's is a unique organization that raises both awareness and funds for childhood cancer research, laying on the cutting edge of groundbreaking research and solutions.

Whether you shave, volunteer, or donate, your efforts and compassion are going to great work and truly tangible advancements.

One child at a time, one head shaved at a time, we will make an impact and cannot wait to see you there!

IMPORTANT EVENT DETAILS:

BOULDER HIGH SCHOOL - CAFETERIA

3:00 pm PROMPT START TIME with shaving to commence at 3:15 pm.

*Family or outside BHS participants - must enter in the front office/locked security doors and sign in.

There will signs to guide you to the cafeteria.

1) EARLY REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS (BEFORE 3/1/18):

For those who registered by 3/1/18- and have your signed participant agreement waiver turned in - expect to receive your t-shirt at school on Wed or Thursday.

**Otherwise, please come to the CHECK IN TABLE at the cafeteria starting at 2:15pm.

*Same day participants, accepting signed waiver, pick up or order your t-shirt, drop off any cash donations, take a look at your wave shave time, (to be posted on a wall too)

2) PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT WAIVER:

ALL shavee's under the age of 18 must turn in a waiver signed by your parents.

Get it done today! NO WAIVER SIGNED, NO SHAVING:( Our goal is to have everyone one turn in by 3/13 to help distribute T-Shirts at school before the event.

3) SHAVE WAVES:

We will have 10 stylist stations and you will be assigned an estimated shave wave/station and time.

**Details of wave assignment to shared by Tuesday night latest.

**Please share any special considerations ASAP.

**It takes approximately 10 minutes to shave.

**If your hair is over 9" long - we will share special details a list of non-profit for donation if you choose.

**Clean hair shaves easier!

**Considering doing a reverse mohawk this week to spark up talk before the event!

**If we are able - we'd like to get a group BEFORE and AFTER picture if timing allows!

4) EVENTS THIS WEEK:

*Bake sales during the week at school

*At the event baked goods, drinks and pizza sale

*Dodgeball Event on Wed from 2:30 to 3:30
