7th Annual Raise to Shave

Be a hero for kids with cancer!

WE ARE BACK FOR OUR 7TH ANNUAL RAISE TO SHAVE EVENT!

Come out and join us for another year of raffles, bald heads, and raising money for a great cause and foundation.  Last year we raised over $21,000 and now we look to top that great number.  We get together for 4 hours on a Saturday and join forces to do our part!  50/50, chinese auction, and more!  Great people having fun shaving our heads to bring awareness to a cause that is near to many of us.  Even if you can’t join us, you can donate to the event.

Own a business??     Donate to our raffles, come out to the event as a large group, get a group of you to start a team-you don’t have to get shaved if you don’t want….but it is so much fun.  Please contact Henry Dunker if you want to help or join.

This is a  simple way to bring a smile to faces, raise money for the cause!  Sign up today...you can be a HERO.

Some St. Baldrick’s Foundation facts:     No organization besides the national government gives more money to research for childhood cancer, and by the way only 4% of that money from the government is solely dedicated to child cancer research!

Many people only give to local organization or causes...St. Baldrick's CURRENTLY funds 5 grants in Pittsburgh and 33 in PA.St. Baldrick's has funded 13 since 2005 in Pittsburgh and 76 in PA.So funds do come back to Pittsburgh and have an effect on many in the area.
