Be a hero for kids with cancer!

Join this St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement!

The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers!

Forest Hills Student Council has raised money for this foundation for the past 7 years during the month of March.  Again, this year, we would like to have our own Head Shaving Fundraiser at Forest Hills.  As we plan to raise money for St. Baldrick's any students willing to shave their heads (with parent permission) will have the opportunity to so at the assembly, which will be held on Thursday, March 14th from 2:00-3:00.  We will pull 1 student's name for each $100 we raise.  For example, if we raise $500.00, 5 raffle tickets will be pulled and those students' heads will be shaved.  If we raise $1,000.00, 10 raffle tickets will be pulled and those students' heads will be shaved  Any student raising $100 or more will be automatically eligible to have his/her head shaved.
