Moms are the best. Especially moms who shave their heads to help take childhood back from cancer!
Mother’s Day is around the corner, and we want to give some extra love to all the awesome moms who’ve given up their hair to raise money for kids’ cancer research.
Today until May 6, show us your #BestBaldMom photos for a chance to win St. Baldrick’s swag and a limited edition, co-branded St. Baldrick’s + Love Your Melon beanie!
We’ll put all the photo submissions in a Facebook album for you to vote on your favorite. The photo with the most likes will win the title of the #BestBaldMom — simple as that!
Here’s the nitty-gritty.
Submit your entry: May 1 – May 6
- Choose your photo. If your mom shaved recently for St. Baldrick’s, snap a pic of her. If it’s been a while, dig up those photos and choose your favorite.
- Post your photo. Post it on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook and tell us why you think she’s the best! Don’t forget to use the hashtag #BestBaldMom and tag St. Baldrick’s. Your post must be public in order for us to see it. Non-public photos will not be counted.
- Keep in mind there’s a deadline. If you miss the May 6 submission deadline, we are not able to add you to the album.
Voting: May 7 – May 11
- Cast your vote. On May 7, once you see the #BestBaldMom Facebook photo album go live, give your photo (or any photo) a ‘like’ to cast your vote. Be sure to get your vote in by Friday, May 11 at 3 p.m. PST.
- Spread the love. Share the album with your friends and ask them to like your photo, too!
Winner announced: May 13
On Mother’s Day, the photo with the most likes in the #BestBaldMom Facebook album will be crowned the winner!
Prizes
Three lucky winners will get a goodie from St. Baldrick’s AND a co-branded St. Baldrick’s + Love Your Melon beanie!
