I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

This is the 4th year I'll be shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Many of my friends and family have told me they thought this is a very courageous thing to do, but really the courageous ones are the kids fighting cancer. I keep participating to honor the kids I know who have been diagnosed with cancer. Some of these kids are fighting now, some have beat cancer and sadly some lost their battle to cancer. These kids are the courageous ones, they are my heroes and I proudly shave my head to honor my heroes.

Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. That is another reason why I decided to participate and I am helping to raise money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
