I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Dear Friends and Family, I have made a commitment and signed up to shave my head on March 17th, 2014. Can we just say, I think I will look great bald!!! You may be asking yourself: “why is Dulce doing this”? Of course, this is no ordinary haircut. I am shaving my head so I can raise money for childhood cancer research! It is something I have been wanting to do for over a year now. Yes, I realize I may look a little funny, but it is for a great reason and I will still have my smile! I think this is a great way to help show kids with cancer that I care. My goal is to raise at least $500 and I am hoping you can help me in some way. Here are some tips for getting involved; or as I like to call them: Super Secret Ways to Be More Amazing Than You Already Are (If That’s Even Possible). 1) Go to www.stbaldricks.org and click the Green DONATE button on the upper right hand corner, then enter “Dulce Dow” and click the next DONATE button. It’s that easy! 2) Make a check payable to St. Balderick’s and mail it to my house and I will turn it in. 1003 Western Ave. Joliet, IL 60435 3) You can also choose to give cash and hand that to my parents, Jen, my siblings or me. They are all helping me collect. If you’ve got questions, my team is just an email away at jflemingbgc@aol.com, or call and text at 815-325-7078 Last but not least, Thank you for considering getting involved. It means so much to me. I’m so excited to go bald for a reason! Dulce Dow
