I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded.
I attended a St Baldrick's event last year for a three year old little boy. I began asking my parents questions about the event and why people were shaving their heads for this cause. I decided I wanted to raise money and shave my head to help find a cure for childhood cancer. Please come out and support me on March 22, 12 noon at the FLIPSIDE in Clayton and/or by donating towards my goal. Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
