I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Shorn Sisters of Centre C

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Shorn Sisters of Centre C

Since girlhood, I’ve been noticed, praised, and remembered for my hair: for its color, its thickness and curl, the length I keep it, the styling and attention I devote to it (or not). This crazy brown (now silver-flecked) force atop my head represents a huge part of my individual physical identity, and as a female, I am often defined by my hair. So it is with great honor and excitement that I have decided to sacrifice my locks and redefine this aspect of my identity. And in so doing, hopefully raise a lot of money for this great charity!

If you can, please help me in this cause. I'll let you rub my head afterward.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
