I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! My son SuperCarter was diagnosed on 11/11/11 with neuroblastoma, stage 4, high risk. SuperCarter is my superhero in every way and is now battling cancer for the 4rth time. He has undergone round after round of chemo, surgery, radiation, a stem cell transplant, antibodies and more surgery and more chemo and more radiation because his cancer keeps coming back. But Carter is a fighter and keeps surprising us with his strength and determination!!! He is a wonderful patient and loves to help the nurses. With his stethoscope and doctor kits, He is well on his way to becoming a doctor and helping to find the cure for childhood cancer!
Childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. Children, like SuperCarter, need our help to find a cure. More research is needed to fund clinical trials and find less harsh treatments for the children fighting. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
