I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Central North Carolina Atheists and Humanists

Children who are fighting for their lives from cancer often go bald from the treatments. I am having my head shaved in a stand of solidarity with these brave and tough kids. I know that I have less hair than many to sacrifice. But every hair counts, right? Of course, it only counts if people like you step up and join the effort by donating to the St. Baldrick's Foundation.

Will you please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation? This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
