I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with:
Team Teddy
My brother Teddy got sick in November of 2009. The doctors found out he had a tumor in his chest, and for the next couple of months he got chemotherapy to try to shrink the tumor. The chemo made him sick and made him lose his hair, and it didn't really help him. He had two operations and then 7 weeks of radiation in Boston, which meant that our family was apart a lot. He started to feel better but then the tumors came back and he spent all summer in the hospital. He died on August 16, 2010. I'm shaving my head again to help raise money for St. Baldrick's so that new and better types of chemo can be discovered so that other kids have a better chance than Teddy did. Please support me in helping to find a cure for cancer.
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least fifteen years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
