I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hello! This is my 4th year participating as a shavee for the St. Baldrick's Foundation, and. I am so very thrilled to have the opportunity to once again support this absolutely amazing organization. I am shaving my head in solidarity with kids fighting cancer but more importantly, to raise money to find life-saving cures. I want children to be able to have the same opportunities that I had in growing up. No child should be robbed of their childhood. My 2012 event in Viera, Florida was a life-changing experience for me!!! There were over 250 heads shaved, and together we raised over $157,000 for childhood cancer research!!! I am very, very proud to say that the St. Baldrick's Foundation raised over $33 million in 2012.....a record-breaker!! GO ST. BALDRICK'S!!!! This year I am again shaving in honor of two very special groups of kids who are my HEROS. The "St. Baldrick's" kids are listed on the right side of this page. Please check out their stories. The "Facebook" kids are some of the very special friends whose journeys I have been following this past year (see list below). Please feel free to visit them on Facebook and "like" their page to show your support.
Danny Solis - Praying for Danny Greysen Hitchens - Pray for Grey JJ Bland - Kickin' Cancer with JJ Skyler Fisher - Skyler's Journey with T-cell ALL Leukemia Siena Hernandez - Siena's Angel Page Kyle Lograsso - Through Kyle's Eyes Foundation Aiden Rideout - Prayers for Aiden Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This year, like the past few, the financial situation of many has been tough. I would like to stress that even donations of $1, $5, or $10 are more than welcome, and the thousands of children that this organization helps are very thankful for any and all that you are able to give. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. All you have to do is click on the green "MAKE A DONATION" box under my photo (see above). The fastest way to donate is via credit card.Thank you in advance for your continued support. Also, please note that for every dollar donated through my page, I will match it with a personal donation. So every gift in 2013 is worth double!!!! I will wear my baldness proudly knowing that I have done something to help children hopefully get the same chance to enjoy life as I have been able to do. Thank you, and God Bless!! It's not what is on your head, but what is in your heart. I shave because I care and because I can.
