I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. These kids are the heroes for being so strong and still so full of life after everything they've been through.
I've experienced the heartache that cancer brings to a family firsthand and I feel like there is nothing I can do to help. By participating in this event I can make a difference to those in need. I've donated my hair to Locks of Love twice. Now, I want to take it a step further and successfully raise money to further the fight against cancer. I don't want anyone suffering to feel like they have to do it alone and I want everyone to know that there are people out there who love them and are willing to show that by supporting them fully. I'm doing this for my Aunt Janice who is my complete inspiration. Her strength is inspiring and I can only hope to one day have the courage that she possesses. Although she is not a child, cancer knows no age, and I hope that by raising this money we can find a cure so that children with cancer can have their childhood back.
This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
