I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. And honestly, I’m doing this for a number of reasons, but the predominant one is that my father battled cancer for years before succumbing to it, and I saw the toll it took on my father and our family. I’m sure many of you have similar stories. After having lived through that experience, I cannot imagine a child having to endure the treatments and battling the illness. If I can even raise one extra dollar to go toward the research needed to find cures for this disease, I am all in. And I’ll have the pictures to prove it! Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
