I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Lily's Team Believe

Hello friends! I am very excited to be participating once again in this year's St. Baldrick's event on March 26th. Although I am not shaving my head this year, I have decided to grow my hair between now and next year so I can donate it next March (2012) to Locks of Love. This isn't stopping me from doing my part in raising money for childhood cancer! Three years ago, my niece Lily was diagnosed with stage IV Rhabdomyosarcoma. She was seven years old, almost exactly the age that my Raegan is now. She fought long and hard, enduring a truly horrific treatment and beat her cancer. This year she has joined our team, Lily's Team Believe along with her uncles, Jeff and Rodney to shave her head. Lily is my inspiration and I am honored to be her aunt. In the US, more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease. Please make a donation on my behalf to support childhood cancer research so that all children diagnosed with cancer will have a better chance for a cure. For all the children who are survivors like Lily and Nadia, those that still fight like Gloria, Vinny and Harley, and those that have earned their angel wings like Cameron, Jacob, Mariana and Diego. To make a donation, click on "Make A Donation" or donate by mail or phone. Thank you for your support!
