I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Why am I still fundraising and shaving my head?? Gregory is surviving, right? Yes. My youngest, Gregory was diagnosed with Juvenille Meylomonocytic Leukemia in February 2009. June 2009 brought a chance at survival with a bone marrow transplant. Gregory's ONLY and first-line treatment. With a perfectly matched donor, previous research and a bit of Magical Chaos, Gregory is surviving. The question remains....... for how long and what will it look like? Death, chronic health conditions and life-threatening health issues loom large on his horizon. I want Gregory and kids like him to not only survive, I want them to THRIVE. I am a 46 Momma, who shaves for the brave. I shave in honor, in memory and in defense. MindiTheMagnificent https://www.mindithemagnificent.com
