I've been affected by cancer in various ways throughout my life. When I was six, my mother passed away after losing a battle to colon cancer. Right now, my older sister is receiving chemotherapy after being diagnosed with breast cancer. Cancer affects all of us in countless ways. With that in mind, I've learned that I can make a difference in the lives of others who are dealing with cancer. I am having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. On behalf of the kids and their families, and from my own heart, I thank you! Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail. I am also donating my hair to be used for making hair prosthetics for children with medical related hair loss. Ask me more if you'd like to donate your ponytail, too!
