BE "Brave" with your support continue research to help Hospitals like U of Minnesota's Amplatz Children's:

As you will see in this month's video (set to Sara Bareilles' song "BRAVE"), this tribute from U of M's Unit Five's remarkable staff to the children in their care has a simple message "I WANT YOU TO BE BRAVE!" Meet children of all ages, various stages of care and their determination to be "Stay Positive" "Stay Courageous".

Remember to "Honor the Taken" "Support the Fighters" and "Never EVER give up Hope!"

His Mom's (Michelle) words are simple and eloquent "Here's a photo (see the purple shirted cutie in the Gallery below) from Relay for Life when he was 3. Ethan was diagnosed at 11 months with a yolk sac tumor (testicular cancer). It is incredibly rare and while treatable, it is hard to diagnose as an infant because of it's infrequency and doctors mistaking it for other benign conditions. Ethan has now been cancer free for nearly 8 years as he will turn 9 this June. We hope all children have this bright of a future. While he does not remember his surgery, he does remember the years of doctors visits and follow ups. He was cleared for yearly visits last check up. Our faith has deepened, our desire to celebrate life and not take one another for granted. Ethan is a special soul who has always had a heart of gold, so much empathy. We impress upon him the importance of living his life as the gift from God it is."
Christopher Foppiano, Cindy Burns-Heffron, Brent Fricke, Ashley Caro (age 6), Mrs. Saleema Hosein, Dominic Aragona, Rachel DeBrock and Amanda Sariento.
