Mike Walker was one of the most compassionate and caring people you would have ever met. He genuinely cared about everyone and made sure you felt important. But if you knew Mike, you knew the most important thing to him in his life was his family. Mike loved his wife Mary, 3 children - Kelly, Doug and Thomas, and his 2 daughter-in-laws, Ally and Hailey, more than anything in this world…until he was given the gift of grandchildren. Zachary, Braden, Holland, Liam, and Hudson were the center of his happiness. This is why it is no surprise that when Hudson, the daughter of his son Thomas and his wife Hailey, was diagnosed with cancer Mike was determined she would beat it. He enlisted as many prayer warriors as he possibly could by making sure her story was spread far and wide. One of the greatest joys of his life was the day he heard that she was cancer-free. We know that without a doubt Mike would want us to continue the fight against childhood cancer for Hudson.
