Matthew is the sweetest little tough guy EVER! He has an extremely rare brain cancer that has never been documented in anyone under the age of five across the entire world.
Matthew loves Sesame Street... particularly Elmo. He loves his blanket, Spot; his Teddy; stuffed Elmo; apple juice; Honey Nut Cheerios; chicken; mommy and his family!
Matthew's cancer is called a Papillary tumor of the pineal region.
We just got word on February 9th that the tumor is responding to the Chemotherapy! HOORAY!
Matthew has had six brain surgeries, with number seven scheduled for tomorrow, February 12th!
