Haley H.Follow

Haley was diagnosed at 7 months old with a brain tumor (astrocytoma). She has already gone through 2 long rounds of chemo in her 9 1/2 years of life. She received weekly chemo treatments for 18 months from 7 months of age to 2 years old. She was in maintenance for 3 1/2 years. Her MRIs started showing growth in her tumor & she started chemo again at 5 1/2 years old for another 13 months. She finished her 2nd round of chemo in December 2008. Haley had surgery in December 2009 to remove her 2nd port. She is currently in maintenance again.

Haley is SUPER outgoing & has a great personality. She has been through a lot so far, but has handled everything like a trooper! She is one tough cookie! Haley's favorite subject in school is art!! She is in choir at church, Girl Scouts and plays soccer & softball. She loves school & especially all the wonderful teachers at Fairview!!
