My Story

Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure. I was diagnosed on December 28, 2006. One day later I had my first chemo treatment as well as my first bone marrow aspirate and spinal tap. Over the next three years I had more than 125 chemo treatments and more than a dozen spinal taps and bone marrow aspirates. In March 2010 I had my last chemo. I still have to go to the AFLAC Cancer Center, but now I get to go to the Survivor Clinic. Thank you all for caring about pediatric cancer, and for taking the time to learn about my story. Please continue to advocate for kids like me.
