Aiden has what is called Nephroblastoma Cancer or Wilms Tumor. It was found at stage 4 a week before his 5th birthday. The better part of his childhood has been, cancer.
Aiden is a blessing. We are sticking together and taking things day by day. Every day our Aiden makes me believe in miracles. He loves animals, winter sports, swimming lessons, baseball, hip hop dancing, plays, and anyone with a job in uniform, from Doctors, to superheroes, to Firefighters! He wants many jobs! He is shy and silly, but will get very talkative once he knows you! I guess the only thing he dislikes, are bad guys and spiders!
We have received an outpouring of hope, help, and love, from strangers, and close ones... and we thank you. Funding for Children's cancer has gone down recently and it's things like St. Baldrick's that give families hope.
Children's cancer is much different than adult cancer. My mission is for awareness-- to show how much research and help families need, and to see just how much one person can make a difference!
