My Story

There are so many things to say about Jackson and his journey! but that would take forever so I will just give the good stuff. to start out ,Jackson has finished up with treatment since may of 2015!!!! this was a long time coming but this little boy that never once thought about giving up has done it with a smile. yes we have had some ups and downs and almost lost him twice but never did he let it hold him back. he is continuing to surprise us on the daily but we try to not let him forget the struggle's that he has overcome. St.baldricks has been doing great things for the cancer research cause and this is why we join together to shave heads and raise money! without it my son would have never beat it. Jackson asked me just the other day "Dad when are you going to get your head shaved again!" so I told him that it was going to be soon and this kid hits me with the most unselfish thing a 7 year old could say! he says well do you think that it would be ok for me to shave my head for the kids that still have cancer? I said while holding back the tears YES buddy I think that would be a great idea and I also think that you are one special kid! So to end this I wish all the families going though life fighting or not the best of luck and I pray that a cure is found soon so that no one has to go though this again!
