My Story

Lauren was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma in October of 2011. She under went chemotherapy from mid-October thru mid-January. Lauren went through this with so much strength and courage...she is an inspiration to all of us. She amazes me every single day! As of today, Lauren is cancer free and is enjoying going back to school. However, she still needs to have cat scans every 3 months for the next year. Lauren is a very happy and energetic girl. She is such a giving and compassionate person. She enjoys life to the fullest and is always ready to have fun. Lauren is on a swim team in the Summer and loves the beach. Some of her favorite foods are Mac n Cheese, linguini and clam sauce and pasta, especially, fettuccini alfredo. She loves animals, but her favorite animal is the polar bear. She hopes to travel to the Artic one day and see one in person.
