Thomas was 2 years old when he was diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer called an ATRT. From that day onward, he built a sturdy wall around himself and donned some mighty tough armor and went to war. For 20 months our happy, golden haired, blue eyed boy endured a frightening world of pain and sufferance. With Shrek and 'Piona', Woody, Bob the Builder, Belle and numerous other true friends by his side he taught us about love, courage and another world where balloons became kites and the street lamp was always our moon. Thomas passed away at the age of four.
