My Story

Kevin was just 8 months old when he was diagnosed with Leukemia in December 2006. He had to spend his first Christmas in the hospital. After 3 1/2 years of chemo, he finally got to start enjoying life without treatments. Thanks to the wonderful people at Make-A-Wish and Give Kids The World, Kevin got to meet Goofy at Disney. Kevin is now a happy little boy, enjoying school and doing great! He loves playing Wi and DS, and is a Super Mario Pro. While stubborn at times, we like to think that his iron will, strength, and determination are the reasons he was able to overcome all that he has.
