Samantha was diagnosed right before her third birthday. for our first 11 months she was at schniders hospital. then we changed to winthrop university. During her time in isolation she fiddled with a baton. It developed into her favorite sport. she is now an active twirler who competes at local state and regional levels. Last season she placed first at states and the region for her age groups. Samantha also volunteers in many patient programs where she talks to other children fist facing this illness. She is an active fundraiser for all childhood cancer causes. When she grows up she hopes to be a doctor to help cure cancer forever.
AS long as their are sick children out there...we will help raise awareness and funds!!!
