My Story

On August 10, 2010 Miranda, at 4 months old, was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She recieved treatment and with many ups and downs we are proud to say she's in remission. Miranda has a twin sister named Madison. On August 8, 2012 Miranda relaped her AML. She was told that she need a stem cell transplant and her sister was going to be her donor. She received 2 rounds of chemotherapy and while she was immunosuppressed she got a very hard to cure mold infection. Unforuntely the infection was more than medicines could cure and she earned her angel wings on Oct. 30, 2012. She was surrounded by the ones she loved in her home.
