My Story

I was in Kindergarten when I was diagnosed with Leukemia. Now I'm in second grade. Whenever I get sick from the chemo meds, I wonder why I'm the one who got cancer when I'm the smallest one in the family. But mostly I don't like to think about it. I'd rather play with my sister Jessica, my best-friend Trevor and my cat Simon. I like to draw pictures of people and animals. I love animals, especially giraffes and sea creatures, like dolphins. When I grow up, I want to be a doctor. I want to help kids with cancer the way my doctors helped me.
