My Story

Gabriella was born on Christmas day at 12:28pm with her twin sister Lilliana. At 2lbs 6oz she was 12 weeks premature and spent her first 3 months at Albany Medical trying to get strong enough to be released. Gabby and her sister were released on their due date together, Gabby needed a little more help at home. Gabby's happy, cuddly and silly even throughout her battle. Her favorite things to do were play with her twin sister and big brother Logan, even just to sit and watch them run around put a smile on her face. Her other favorite thing to do was lay on mommy or daddy's chest and just cuddle. Gabby loved sweet foods and hated vegetables. She loved her animals and was not a fan of strangers. She was diagnosed in December of 2009 and lost her battle after surgical complications in March of 2010. She is our precious angel sister in the sky and remains an important part of our family as much today as the day she was born.
